Services
Due to the nature of salon services, all services are non-refundable once performed. Time, expertise, and products are reserved specifically for each client.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to assess concerns and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment at the discretion of Beautini Style. No refunds will be issued for completed services.
Products
Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only.
Opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable for health and safety reasons.
Product purchases are final after 7 days.
Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service.
Cancellation and no-show policies are outlined during booking and must be followed to avoid forfeiting deposits or incurring fees.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards have no cash value and must be presented at the time of service.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Beautini Style directly to resolve any concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in declined future bookings.
